Technical Aspects

Most of our workforce are exposed to the manufacturing of GRP/GRE/GRV pipes and other related activities (fittings / spools/ flanges/ tanks / manholes production also well versed with above ground, Underground, Epoxy & Vinyl ester systems) in additions to their long & rich experience in site work.

Traceability to the date of fabrication is maintained.
Monitor and controls the progress and maintain the records.
Keep photographs for the different activities (where necessary & permitted)
And shared them with the concerned authorities.
Site installation “work quality” is closely monitored by our supervisor.
Tools used for the installation are checked prior to use and also at periodic intervals.
Prepare schedule for site and makes sure that the jobs are completed within the specified timescale.

Upon providing the isometric drawings we can advise the exact requirements of piping quantities depending upon the application or the relevant isometric/Layout drawing so that the client can order the required lengths of pipes from the pipe manufacturer.

We are also well equipped with the essential basic tools to carry out the site installation work.
